Design

The Verve community has been designed by BPSM to provide a contemporary environment that takes advantage of the site’s natural beauty. All apartments will be oriented to enjoy maximum sunshine, with the main indoor and outdoor living spaces facing north.

Four different apartment designs will be located throughout Verve to provide a mixed architectural environment. ‘Village 1’ and ‘Village 2’ designs are single-level apartments with a slightly larger living area, while the ‘C1’ design is also single level. ‘C2’ apartments are split level apartments with a garage underneath.

Dimensions vary between the four designs, although all offer spacious bedrooms and living areas. Additionally, a range of colour schemes are available, and finishes can be provided to individual specification if your apartment is selected early enough.

Apartments will be well insulated with all spaces accessing natural light, and rainwater tanks will supply first flush to toilets and outdoor water for gardens. Grey wastewater from every household will be reticulated via a subsoil system throughout the site to provide year-round landscape irrigation.
