Fairbrother

Fairbrother was founded in Devonport, Tasmania in 1973. Starting as a small family business, the company has since grown to encompass all aspects of commercial building construction, joinery manufacture, facilities management and maintenance, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and metal fabrication. The business employs some 530 people across Tasmania and in regional Victoria.

Fairbrother previously worked with St Ann’s Homes on the $12.5 million redevelopment of its Davey Street campus in 2004 and has an extensive portfolio of works in the aged care sector. A multi-award winning company, Fairbrother recently added to its awards tally with two national and nine state MBA Awards for Excellence.

The company has also been recognised as an Employer of Choice in Tasmania and on the national stage for its commitment to the development of trade apprentices.
