Verve is being developed and will be managed by St Ann’s Homes. The Verve Manager and support team will take care of the daily operations of the Verve community, such as resident liaison, maintenance in and around the Verve development, landscaping, and assisting residents with services and lifestyle options.

St Ann’s CEO Susan Parr is the visionary behind Verve. Susan identified that today’s new retirees have defined the culture and lifestyle in every decade they have lived through. A new paradigm is underway for living after 55, which is why Verve was conceived and created to meet your needs, now and into the future.

With Verve, we are establishing an Australian benchmark for flexible, secure living that prioritises easy and convenient living, but doesn’t compromise on the requirement that Verve has to be beautiful to come home to.
