Who would have thought that roads and drains could be so exciting? This aerial photo taken above the Verve development site clearly shows the construction of the first roads and potential water views for Verve residents.
While we are eagerly looking forward to showing you completed apartments, as the civil works are still in progress we will continue to offer a discount to all people who purchase off the plan. Verve community is forming
With the first Verve apartments now selling, the Verve community is beginning to form. As one of the first purchasers of a Verve apartment, St Ann’s CEO Susan Parr is excitedly watching the project come together.
“Now that building works are underway, I am more excited than ever about Verve,” Susan said. “I have always believed there is nothing to compare with the location, flexible approach, and quality of design and construction that come together at Verve, so of course I have purchased an apartment.”
Another new member to the community, Mr Turnbull, agrees. “I have looked at most of the market at the moment, and Verve matches my expectations,” he said. “Nowhere else appears to offer the range of services and choices that Verve does.”
Verve retail centre has been extended
Plans have been upgraded for the Verve retail centre to include a hairdresser and beauty salon, allied health treatment room, coffee shop, ATM, indoor and outdoor seating, reception/management office and mail collection centre for the Verve community. “We envisage the retail centre will be the social hub of the community, with people passing through all day to meet with friends, have a coffee, shop for the essentials, make appointments for hair, beauty and health needs, order a value add service for their apartment and collect mail. A real one stop shop!” said Verve’s Director, Customer Services and Products, Jacquie Hollaway.
Lounge bar/cinema/library complex joins Verve
In response to feedback and research, Verve plans have also been extended to include a lounge bar, cinema and library complex. This complex will be situated adjacent to the retail centre and will provide an indoor social environment and meeting place for the Verve community.
