Issue 4: Access to Verve Site

With the last few months on the Verve site devoted to installing the necessary civil works, we are very excited to announce that access to the site will be available from January next year. Many people have eagerly waited for the
opportunity to walk on site to stand exactly where their new apartment will be, and observe the views and amenity.
Register interest in visiting the Verve site
You are invited to register your interest in visiting the Verve building site. Director Customer Services Jacquie Hollaway will personally take you on site and explain the four different design options of Verve apartments, as shown on the image to the left.
For example, apartment 1 is a V1 design, which offers level access and a carport, while apartments 18 to 28 are all C2 designs, which offer a split level and garage beneath. Each apartment has been designed to maximise sunshine and views, and proportions are roomy with a flowing floor plan. All will offer undercover parking, an outdoor patio, and security cameras in public spaces.
Although some apartments have already sold, all 28 apartments in stages 1 and 2 are now on the market and ready for your personal design touches prior to construction. Please click here to contact Jacquie.
Verve website stage two launched
Coinciding with the completion of the first stage of civil works, we are delighted to launch our brand new website.
Moving well beyond our initial static launch site, the new website provides a lot more information about the innovative design and extra considerations that make Verve unique.
The website will be regularly updated as the project progresses, with photos, information and a blog.
