Construction

Verve apartments will be timber framed with Colourbond roofs, while exterior construction will be comprised of modern, high quality products including fibre cement sheeting, fibre cement weatherboards and shadowclad.

These products will be painted to create an attractive and durable finish, as indicated here.

The Verve site will also be serviced by an underground communications cable delivering fibre optic technology to each residence, and each apartment will have a communications hub.
