Am I responsible for the maintenance and repair of fixtures and fittings?
Yes, as a resident of a Verve apartment, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of fixtures, fittings and equipment, such as whitegoods, just as you would be in your current home.
If a defect in your apartment is identified and reported to Verve management within 21 days of the date of occupation, repair or replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.
As the Verve apartments are brand new, you will have the benefit of new appliance warranties and may choose to purchase extended warranties.
Verve can provide a personal maintenance service to assist you in maintenance or repair of any inclusion however this service will be at your cost.
