Are residents consulted regarding Monthly Service Fees?
The Monthly Service Fee is reviewed annually by Verve management, during the annual process of budgeting and planning for the year ahead.
Verve residents are consulted on budget issues through Residents’ Committee Meetings. St Ann’s Homes conduct an Annual General Meeting at which accounts are presented.
These accounts show Verve’s recurrent charges, how the amount of those charges were spent over the previous year and estimates of income from recurrent charges for the next year. Residents of Verve have the opportunity to ask questions at this meeting.
Verve residents are welcome to contact the Verve Manager to discuss any concerns regarding fees.
