Can I be evicted from Verve?

Verve has been designed to create a vibrant, positive and energetic community atmosphere, where everyone is supported and encouraged to live life to the full.

It is important that all members of the community feel that their personal safety or wellbeing is not at risk, either emotionally or physically. For this reason, it is important that guidelines are set regarding living at Verve.

The guidelines are set out in the Community Charter section of the Resident Handbook.

In accordance with the Retirement Villages Act (2004), a Verve resident can only be evicted from their apartment if they commit a serious breach of their Residence Contract or the Village Rules and an order is obtained from the Director of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading.
