Can I move from one Verve apartment to another?
Yes, although any move is subject to availability of an alternative apartment and an additional payment if the replacement apartment has a higher value than the one currently occupied.
If you move within the Verve community, there are no exit fees payable until such time that you leave the Verve community altogether.
If you choose to move from one Verve apartment to another, Verve management will arrange for any necessary maintenance, cleaning or repair regarding the previous apartment. You are responsible, however, for covering all costs associated with the move and with the maintenance of your previous apartment.
