The title to the land remains with St Ann’s Homes Inc.
By signing a Residence Contract, you are gaining a contractual right to occupy your apartment and a right to the use of common property and facilities.
Your right to reside in your Verve apartment is protected by the ‘Rights of Residence’ as outlined in the Resident Handbook and by your Residence Contract, which has been developed to comply with, and allow for significant protection afforded by the provisions of, the Retirement Villages Act 2004.
