What additional services are available at Verve?
Verve delivers much more than just housing options. Verve is designed to be a community that meets the holistic lifestyle needs of its residents. As well as offering modern apartments and a range of facilities, Verve can also provide you with a range of services designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable, that will increase your lifestyle options and enable you to remain at Verve as your needs change.
Verve has a number of optional “User Pay” Value Added Services available to residents.
Some services are available on an as-needed, one-off or regular basis, while other services, such as our onsite GP services, are only available on an on-going basis.

- Flower delivery service
- Personal maintenance services
- Personal gardening services
- Personal care & home help
- CACP Community Aged Care Packages (subject to eligibility and availability)
- Electronic health monitoring
- Emergency monitoring
- Health checks / RN Nurse care packages
- Catering, daily menus, private functions, hamper packages
- Pharmacy / script delivery
- Pet sitting
- Beauty therapy room
- Hairdresser
- Allied health services
- Optometry
- Physiotherapy
- Podiatry
- Regular GP service
Some of the Value Added Services are provided by St Ann’s. The rates for these services are listed in the Value Added Services brochure.
Other services are provided by external service providers contracted by St Ann’s. The rates for these services are negotiated with the relevant service provider and published to the residents on an annual basis. Where St Ann’s is not the provider of the service the cost for the service can be paid direct to the service provider thus reducing administrative costs.
