What do I need to do if I want to purchase an apartment at Verve?
Please contact the Verve Manager by phoning 18000 VERVE or by speaking to reception to make an appointment.
If you wish to reserve an apartment, you will need to complete and sign the Expression of Interest document.
Upon signing this document, you will need to pay a deposit of $10,000.00. This amount is fully refundable should you not wish to proceed.
The Verve Manager will then prepare documents for your solicitor/advisor to review:

- Verve Community Charter (Village Rules)
- Rights of Residents
