What happens if the apartment has any defects?
Any defect in your apartment which is reported to the Verve Manager within 21 days from date of occupation will be fixed at no cost to you.
Verve management will not be responsible for any defects in variations completed by external contractors after occupation.
Any defects reported after the 21 day period will be regarded as personal maintenance. Verve can provide a maintenance service to rectify the defect, although it will be at your cost.
