What happens if I need to leave Verve?
If you need to leave Verve you will advise the Verve Manager in writing as soon as possible. Once you advise us of your desire to leave Verve, we will do our best to find a new resident for your apartment as quickly as possible and at the highest market price.
Once a new resident has been found and they have entered into an agreement with Verve, a settlement date can be confirmed with you.
The exit fees will apply from the settlement date.
