What is the role of the Verve Manager and support team?
Our Manager and Receptionist are responsible for the day to day operations of the Verve community including:
- Welcoming new residents to Verve
- Resident liaison
- Coordinating the maintenance in and around the complex, maintenance to apartments, landscape and gardens
- Assisting residents to access services and lifestyle options
- After hours coordination of emergency maintenance services
- Apartment sales
