What is the role of the Verve Manager and support team?

Our Manager and Receptionist are responsible for the day to day operations of the Verve community including:

  • Welcoming new residents to Verve
  • Resident liaison
  • Coordinating the maintenance in and around the complex, maintenance to apartments, landscape and gardens
  • Assisting residents to access services and lifestyle options
  • After hours coordination of emergency maintenance services
  • Apartment sales
